Seafood Stir-Fry

Who doesn't like a good stir-fry? They are healthy (most of the time) and never take more than 30mins to make. This recipe actually took me only 28 minutes. It is a lovely colourful and refreshing dish which is perfect for Summer!

Ingredients: Stir-fry vegetable mix, fresh pepper, 1 chilli (optional), 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, two packets of ho-fun noodles, pinch of salt, seafood mix, light soy sauce.
Chop the onions and garlic into samll chucks 
When the oil in the wok is hot, add the chopped onion and garlic at simmer
Then add the chopped chilli (optional) and the defrosted seafood mix and cook  until  the seafood  changes colour
Then add the stir-fry vegetables with a few dashes of soy sauce (or salt if you prefer). Also add the chopped pepper for extra crunch
Once the vegetables are softer and semi-cooked, add the ho-fun noodles and then stir. More soy sauce may be needed at this point as the noodles absorb flavour
Keep stirring...
Et voilà! Easy seafood stir-fry!
