London Fashion Week: Day 1 - Zoe Jordan & Jena. Theo

A note from Joelle...
What an awesome start to London Fashion Week. I had to watch the first few shows on the train from Scotland to London, but I will be at Somerset House to watch some shows and soak up the atmosphere this week.
Celebrities, bloggers, journalists, editors, models, and photographers will be flocking in their thousands and strutting their stuff on the grey cobbles outside Somerset House to view the A/W 2013 shows.

Zoe Jordan went for an array of looks, with crocodile textures, 'Beetlejuice-style' mesh of shimmery metallic colours, dogtooth print and also vibrant oranges. Wonderfully sculpted looks for Autumn/Winter, with the nice hint of 60s inspiration.

My other fashion show highlight was Jena. Theo. These designs are electrifying with oversized dresses and sleek, yet captivating patterns on the garments. Before the show, the Jena.Theo twitter team tweeted #toxic #rave, and I can definitely see that influence throughout the collection - very unique.
I was not too sure about the oversized cream jacket with metallic sleeves in the final photo though
Jenny Holmes and Dimitris Theocharidis created an unconventional, yet still highly covetable A/W collection  for next season.
