Blueberry And Almond Milk Pancakes

A note from Joelle... 
These pancakes are amazingly fluffy and full of flavour! I used almond milk instead of normal dairy because I just wanted to experiment and see what it would taste like. It tastes fab, at the nutty flavour makes it even better!
250g Self Plain Flour
50g Melted Butter
3 beaten Eggs
2tbsp Baking Powder
3 tbsp Caster Sugar
Vanilla Extract
250ml Almond Milk
100g Fresh Blueberries

Method: Whisk the eggs and sugar together. Then add in all the other ingredients and combine
Pour a bit at a time into a hot pan and fry until brown on each side.

BOOM! Amazing pancakes packed with juicy berries!
