It was my sister's birthday in January. I thought it would be cool to get us some tickets to a local festival instead of a standard present, so that's what I did.
Five months later... we are at Wireless Festival in London!
The park opened at 12pm, but we got there around 3pm to check into our hotel across the street.
From our room, we could hear the heavy basslines and sudden roars from the crowd, which was getting us so pumped to join them.

Playsuit - InLoveWithFashion
Sandals - F&F
Headband - Primark
Sunglasses - ASOS
I accessorized with my £1.50 map watch and Spiky Bracelet from Kooky.
Buuuuuuuuuuuuut, being a total diva, I had TWO outfits!
My face comprised of these items. Lots of pink, which I don't usually go for! I also wore fail nails and lashes for the first time. I now believe the hype!! They can really make a look complete.
And this beaut of an outfit courtesy of New Look!
Necklace - Topshop
After the security check, we headed straight to the bar to get our first round of drinks and then went to check out Iggy Azalea. She was so fierce!
We then raced to the other side of the park to watch Angel Haze perform. She was so energetic and even ran through the crowd at one point (an excited male fan elbowed me in the neck to get closer to her.......)
We then headed back to the main stage to see Tinie Tempah. This was the 6th time I've seen him perform and he just gets better and better!
We then strolled around the park soaking in the atmosphere as we waited for Pharrell Williams. We actually missed most of his set as we were in the loo queue for more than an HOUR! Absolute madness!
But we heard Marilyn Monroe, Happy, Get Lucky, Blurred Lines and some classic N.E.R.D tracks, so it wasn't all bad.
After some Mexican-style nachos, it was time for the main man: KANYE!
We danced with strangers and rapped along to Kanye's songs for a good two hours. Watching the sun set over Finsbury Park was a beautiful moment.
Despite that weird moment when Kanye went on some ridiculous rant for about half an hour, the show was pretty live!
With the sun blazing down and the drinks flowing, everyone was in a euphoric state. Britain has entered Summertime!
Are you off to any festival.music events this Summer?
