Field Trip Photo Diary

A note from Joelle...
Lots of people I meet find it fascinating that I study something completely different to fashion, social media and creative writing. When I tell them I study Petroleum Geology, it's so funny seeing their reactions! I promise I will get a post up about being a female STEM student, but first, I thought it would be cool to share some pictures with you.
One of the perks of doing Geology is that you get to go on field trips and experience hungover coach trips stunning views!
Yes, I complain when I'm trudging through bogs, dodging adder snakes [IN SCOTLAND] and hiking up steep hills, but I do love it secretly.

Here are a few snaps I took during my time in Arran, Skye and MacDuff, all the the North of Scotland.
